More concretely, it is a post-apocalyptic survival game among zombies combining the popular gameplay of Battle Royale ( Fortnite, PUBG etc. ) and extraction games like Escape From Tarkov .

A battle royale and extraction game

By launching your first game, you are immersed in an open-world city in a post-apocalyptic universe with 30 to 50 other players. Each player spawns in an apartment, with nothing, and must start looting to equip themselves ( weapons, food, drinks, care, etc. ) while surviving the numerous zombies present everywhere.

The objective is therefore to find as much loot as possible, to survive zombies in PVE fights, but also against other players in PVP fights, to manage to escape on the 4th day thanks to an extraction from a rescue helicopter intervening on a random location on the map.

In summary, Last Remains offers a game mixing battle royal & extraction, in games lasting around 35 minutes, and offering both PVE fights against zombies and PVP fights against other players.
